Alicia is the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals with over 20 years of industry experience. Joining Rhythm in January 2020, she helped systematically build the regulatory and GCP/GLP quality assurance functions in support of multiple programs and molecules and played a key role in the company’s marketing approvals. Prior to joining Rhythm, she operated a successful clinical development consulting practice working with several small to large biotech and pharma companies across several therapeutic areas with a specialization in rare diseases. Earlier in her career she held full-time positions with increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly, EMD Serono, and Alexion.
