Academics, researchers, industry, government agencies, health care professionals, patient organizations, and other interested parties, such as students that have conducted rare disease or orphan product research studies or public health project relevant in rare disease, are invited to submit an abstract for inclusion in the exposition hall on a designated poster board at the World Orphan Drug Congress, taking place April 22-24, 2025.
Approved authors will receive a free pass to attend the event and receive a space in the expo hall to display their poster.

We will not be accepting submissions from:
Service provider (anyone offering paid services, looking to do business development).

General Requirements & Additional Information
• Please note: All abstracts must be submitted via the abstract submission form by March 3 with no exceptions. You will hear from a member of our team by April 1 at the latest if your abstract has been approved.
• Set-up Process: Kindly bring you printed poster and attach it to an available poster board during this period. Board space is first come first serve.
• Poster Set-up: The earliest you can set up your poster will be during the pre-conference day on April 22.
• Poster Dimensions: Please ensure that your poster fits within the dimensions of 94" wide by 46" high . Everything else is at the discretion of the authors.
• Material: The poster boards will be made of corkboard.
• Pinning Materials: We will provide pins for securely attaching your poster to the boards.
• All poster abstracts must be noncommercial and without inclusion of trade names of logo by any entity producing, marketing, re-selling, or distributing healthcare goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients. Any mention of specific products and/or services myst be limited to generic names, with no inclusion of trade names in any area of the poster, including the poster titles.
