Gabriel Montanti is a cloud infrastructure strategist and product executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling platforms at the intersection of networking, cloud, and AI. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Neo Network Consulting, where he advises service providers, data centre operators, and infrastructure investors on platform modernization, AI-readiness, and go-to-market acceleration.

Previously, Gabriel launched Equinix’s first global Layer 3 cloud routing platform, growing it into a $20M business and cutting deployment times from months to seconds. At IBM, he led the transformation of its cloud networking business—doubling revenue from $110M to $229M—by restructuring the product portfolio, overhauling pricing, and integrating virtualized infrastructure.

He has closed $90M+ in cloud and infrastructure deals, built high-performance teams across global markets, and driven adoption of AI-ready architectures. His work has enabled hyperscale connectivity, real-time AI pipelines, and enterprise digital transformation for clients like Bank of America, Airbnb, and Thomson Reuters.
