Alfian Manullang is Vice President of Data Solutions and Digital Financial Services at Telkomsel, where he leads the development and commercialization of big data and telco-powered digital services. His portfolio spans data monetization platforms such as Telco Verify, Risk Insight Score, and API services, as well as inclusive financial solutions including SmartPay and Telco Loan Services—enabling smarter business decisions and expanded access to financial services across Indonesia.

With over 28 years of experience in telecommunications, Alfian brings deep cross-functional expertise across product, technology, marketing, and business strategy. He previously served as Vice President of Internet of Things at Telkomsel, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the company’s Industrial IoT portfolio, LPWAN networks, and smart connectivity solutions. His early career includes more than a decade in network engineering, operations, and strategic planning.

Alfian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School. He is certified in AI strategy, change management, and generative AI for business leaders. Known for combining technical fluency with strategic vision, he has consistently delivered innovation that bridges technology and impact at scale.
