Ying Zou McPherson, President, North America Region, Unifi Aviation


Ying McPherson serves as President of Unifi’s North America Region, leading the company’s operations with a focus on commercial strategy, data-driven execution, and enterprise growth. Since joining Unifi, she has held senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing commercial development, demand and resource planning, enterprise data analytics, customer solutions, and marketing. 
Ying began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before spending seven years in investment banking with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist) and Citizens M&A Advisory. Prior to Unifi, she held multiple leadership roles at WestRock across corporate development, finance, supply chain optimization, and commercial analytics. 
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
