Sumati Sharma is Partner at global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman.  Prior to joining Oliver Wyman in early 2021, Sumati qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in 2001 before moving on to join Virgin Atlantic for 16 years – where she took on a variety of roles at Virgin across finance, strategy, commercial, and HR at Virgin. Beyond her extensive work across strategy and finance, Sumati is a champion for diversity and inclusion in the travel industry, she is the Founder and Board Co-Chair for the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter with UK Government now with >250 signatories, and has won numerous awards and accolades for her work in this space.
