With over 10 years of progressive leadership experience at United, Kevin has crafted a unique business support model that combines aspects of continuous improvement, traditional AI/ML, generative AI, and data visualization to solve complex business challenges through decision support. He helps drive business change at the source, inspiring executive leaders to embrace emergent technology and commit to organizational change management. His passion for aviation is also evident in his personal life, as he holds a Private Pilot License in the United States. Kevin has Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from Purdue University, and currently lives in Chicago, IL with his wife and son.
