Juliet joined Menzies in 2014 as Legal Counsel and has held several senior roles across people, compliance, and employee relations. A qualified employment lawyer, she previously advised international clients at Pinsent Masons LLP and McGrigors LLP. She is a committed advocate for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and values‑driven culture across the organisation.
