Hyowon is an airline technology professional with over 20 years of experience across leading airlines and travel technology providers, including Korean Air, Amadeus, Sabre, and Air France-KLM. Her expertise spans airline sales, inventory and revenue management, PSS development and migration, and GDS search, shopping and distribution. Her career combines deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of airline business and processes. She currently focuses on the industry’s transition to Modern Airline Retailing, working on how airlines can operate traditional PSS and new Offer and Order systems in parallel while maintaining business continuity.
