Over the last 15 years, Gemma has headed up a number of departments across 15below including Support, Account Management, and most recently Product Solutions. Gemma has worked with many of the world’s top airlines including Ryanair, British Airways, and JetBlue, to develop 15below's market-leading platform whilst bringing new solutions, including our IROPS Dashboard, to market.
During her career, Gemma has worked with travel industry professionals at all levels, ranging from CEOs and Senior Directors to end-user Customer Service Agents to help define solutions and drive commercial value using 15below's services and products.
