Dilek Glenister is Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Global Loyalty Organisation (GLO), a global professional network bringing together companies and specialists across loyalty, rewards, customer engagement and loyalty innovation in travel, hospitality, retail, financial services and loyalty technology. Prior to founding GLO, she co-founded Cap Connect, a family office capital introduction business. Dilek has more than 20 years’ experience in asset management, having held senior positions at J.P. Morgan and HSBC, and most recently served as CIO of Global Emerging Markets at Allianz Global Investors.
