Emma Davis, Managing Director, Global Veterinary Solutions

Emma has a global network and much experience in assisting veterinarians in their careers. Emma uses her unique talents in seeing the connections and synergies between a veterinary professionals' interests, skill set and her knowledge of what the job marketplace wants and has on offer.

Emma is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Global Veterinary Solutions Pty. Ltd which has a careers website: veterinarycareers.com.au, where veterinarians and animal health professionals can find a selection of interesting roles at any time.

Emma has qualifications including a Grad Dip. Veterinary Public Health Management, Dip. Quality Auditing, Dip. Gov. (Management), and of course a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Hons I) and a B. Applied Science (Equine Studies).

Emma is certified as a coach, facilitator and in neurolinguistic programming and in extended DISC workplace behavioural assessments.

Emma has served in high functioning teams to develop work level standards for Federally employed government veterinarians, negotiated government enterprise bargaining agreements and prepared a successful submission to government that saw a new veterinary school designed, funded and realised.

Emma is a devoted longstanding member of the Australian Veterinary Association and currently serves as a Committee member of the NSW Executive Committee of the Australian Veterinary Association
