General Information

What are the dates and location of the event?

The VET Expo 2026 will take place on 9 - 10 September 2026 at International Convention Centre , Sydney.

What are the event opening hours?

The VET Expo takes place on Wednesday, 9 September and Thursday 10 September at ICC Sydney.

Expo & Conference Hours

Wednesday, 9 September

• Exhibitor access: from 8am
• Expo open: 9am - 5pm
• Conference plenary: 9:30am – 10:50am
• Roundtables: 2:25pm – 3:25pm
• Networking drinks: 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Thursday, 10 September

• Exhibitor access: from 8:00am
• Expo open: 9am – 4pm
• Opening plenary: 9:30am – 10:50am

Registration opens from 8:00am each day.

Who can attend the event?

The VET Expo is open to all veterinary and animal health professionals. Registration is required.

How do I register?

You can register online via our Registration Page . It’s quick, easy, and completely free.

Is there a cost to attend?

Registration is free for all practicing veterinary and applicable animal health professionals. Distributors, wholesalers, veterinary supplier, commercial veterinary professional, non-veterinary professional and non-practicing veterinary professionals are required to pay for a supplier pass. Register on the Registration Page

How do I collect my pass?

Bring your registration confirmation email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass from 8:00am each day. Or scan the QR code in the event app at the registration desk to print your event pass.

What if I want to change my pass?

Please log on to the app and visit the ‘My Account’ section where you can make changes to your event pass. If you still can’t edit your pass, please enter the event with your current pass on the app and see the staff at the registration desks who can assist with further issues on-site.

Travel & Accommodation

How do I get to the venue?

International Convention Centre is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. More details are on the Getting here page .

Is parking available?

Yes. ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 accessible parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 25 electric car charge spaces.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance of ICC Sydney

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible with ramps, elevators, accessible parking and accessible restrooms.

Is there an event app?

Yes, all registered attendees will receive access to the official event app. Use it to browse the agenda, explore the expo floor, plan meetings, and connect with other attendees.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes. You’ll have plenty of chances to connect, including topic-led roundtables, networking drinks on Day 1 and meeting scheduling via the event app.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference agenda?

Yes, the agenda covers eight key themes: Companion Animals, Vet Nursing, Practice Management, Technology, Emergency, Surgery & Anaesthesia, Dentistry, Diagnostics, Treatment & Pharmacology and Agribusiness. You can browse the agenda here .

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

No. Sessions are first-come, first-served. Use the app to bookmark sessions and plan your day.

Will sessions be recorded or available afterward?

Sessions will not be recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.

Business casual is suitable for both the conference and networking functions.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered.
