Hillingdale Capital is a specialist capital raising and corporate finance advisory firm with offices in Paris, Cape Town, and Johannesburg. We facilitate the financing of renewable energy projects by leveraging our extensive network of over 300 global institutional investors, including development finance institutions (DFIs), sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), pension funds, investment managers, and private equity firms.

We are technology-agnostic within the renewable energy sector, advising on projects spanning a range of technologies, including solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Our typical transaction size starts at €10 million and may involve either individual assets or portfolios of smaller projects. There is no formal upper limit, with deal sizes scaling beyond €250 million.
