We deliver specialised professional engineering and survey support services to renewable energy installers and designers in both domestic and commercial markets. Our extensive expertise and meticulous approach—particularly within the solar PV and thermal sectors—have enabled us to serve over half of all registered installers throughout the UK and Ireland.

Our primary activities and services include:

• Structural Roof Loading Reports for all property types, including specialised reports for Solar PV and Solar Thermal projects. These reports comply with Section 5.9 of the MCS Solar PV Standard and evaluate the structural suitability of roofs for renewable installations.
• Building Survey Support: Comprehensive roof and building surveys, including pre and post installation condition surveys conducted to regulatory standards, supporting designers and installers in verifying installation safety and feasibility.
• SER Certification (Scotland only)
• 3rd Party Chartered Engineer Check Certificates
• Site Surveys & Solar Site Surveys
