• Please ensure you book temporary power from Creative Hire if power is needed on your stand during build up.

• HIGH VISIBILITY VESTS  - the wearing of high visibility vests/jackets is  mandatory  during the build-up and breakdown of the show. Exhibitors and Contractors are responsible for sourcing their own PPE.

• Suitable PPE should also be worn at all times . Please ensure that you wear suitable footwear for a construction site as you will be denied access should you not be wearing the correct items.

• Power will terminate each night half an hour after the show closes unless a 24hr supply has been specifically ordered on with Creative Hire.
• Exhibitor access to the halls is from 08:00 – 09:00 for deliveries and stock replenishment (07:30 on 23rd September). 

Breakdown	Space Only	Shell Scheme
Thursday 25th September	16:30 – 22:00	16:30 – 22:00
Friday 26th September	08:00 – 18:00	N/A

• No exhibit or stand fittings may be removed or dismantled before the close of show and all visitors are clear of the hall on Thursday 25th September

• All contractor-hired equipment such as furniture, electrics, audio-visual or telecommunications will be removed after 16:30 on Thursday 25th September

• All Shell Scheme exhibitors must completely remove all stand-fittings and exhibits by 22:00 on Thursday 25th September

• All Space Only exhibitors must completely remove all exhibits, stand-fittings, carpet and waste materials by 18:00 on Friday 26th September

• Any materials or waste left on stands after breakdown will be charged back to the exhibiting company.
