Thomas Jakobsen has more than 20 years of experience in Indochina, focused on renewable energy. He is the Managing Director of Indochina Energy Partners, specializing in direct investments and advisory services in the renewable energy sector.

Indochina Energy Partners is building a 200 MWp portfolio of rooftop solar installations in ASEAN and is also negotiating several large scale DPPA’s in wind and solar.

From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Jakobsen was Investment Director of Anpha Capital, originating and analyzing potential investments in Renewable Energy, Real Estate and Infrastructure projects; advising the potential investment companies/projects on Financial Structuring and Corporate Finance and performing due diligence on potential investments. 

Mr. Jakobsen holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from University of Aarhus in Denmark and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
