Ms. Nguyễn Mỹ Hạnh is the Country Head of Solar Distributed Generation Vietnam at TotalEnergies, where she leads the company's efforts to provide renewable energy solutions for industrial clients through rooftop solar investments. With over 25 years of experience across energy, human resources, and communications, she plays a key role in advancing sustainable development in Vietnam.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Hạnh served as Managing Director at Elf Gaz Danang, overseeing operations in central Vietnam. She also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Communication at Total Vietnam for nearly a decade, managing talent development and internal communications. Earlier in her career, she worked at Total Oil Asia-Pacific in Singapore and the Total Vietnam Representative Office, where she handled legal assistance, business establishment, and public relations.

Ms. Hạnh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Finance from CFVG – Hanoi, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi University, and a Bachelor's degree in General Medicine from Alma-Ata University of Medicine in Kazakhstan. Fluent in English, Russian, and French, she brings a multidisciplinary background and extensive expertise to drive TotalEnergies' renewable energy initiatives in Vietnam.
