Mr. Christian Schaefer is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Blueberry Energy Vietnam JSC and also Managing Director of Blueberry Energy GmbH, a German renewable energy project developer focused on the acquisition, development, and realization of utility-scale and C&I rooftop solar projects across Europe and Vietnam. Blueberry Energy provides turnkey solar project development along the full value chain, supporting companies on their clean energy transition.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Schaefer has an extensive background in renewable energy project development, including greenfield development, project M&A, financing and sustainability. He is a former Founding Partner of Asia Counsel, an international law firm in Vietnam, and has held senior roles at Hogan Lovells and Ernst & Young, advising on cross-border transactions, particularly in the energy and industrial sectors.

Mr. Schaefer also serves on the Board of Directors of Evergreen Labs, a Danang-based impact business builder, and of a Hong Kong based family office.
