Mr. Jireh Tsai is the Senior Investment Director at Katina Capital Partners and Vice President at Elyon Renewables (a renewable energy investment arm powered by Katina Capital Partners), where he is responsible for principal investments, acquisitions, and structured financing across industrial real estate and infrastructure sectors in Vietnam.

As a seasoned private equity professional, Mr. Tsai specializes in M&A advisory, deal structuring and co-investment programs. His expertise extends to managing industrial asset portfolios and engineering bespoke EPC financing and credit solutions. Prior to joining Katina Capital Partners, Mr. Tsai held senior roles at Shore Capital Partners, where he led real estate advisory and asset development mandates across Asia—notably driving large-scale, opportunistic, and value-add transactions in Japan and Taiwan.

Mr. Tsai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Soochow University. He has built a distinguished career as a trusted advisor to institutional investors and family offices. He is recognized for delivering strategic value through sophisticated deal structuring and specialized market-entry advisory across the Asian landscape.
