Ms. Kim Francois is a Board Member at BeLuxCham Vietnam, where she plays a key role in enhancing the Chamber's presence and fostering collaboration among its members. In her recent tenure as Executive Director, she significantly contributed to BeLuxCham’s 20th-anniversary program, organizing seminars, conferences, and events in close partnership with the Belgian and Luxembourg embassies in Vietnam.

Kim also serves as the Head of the USA Market for DEEP C Industrial Zones Vietnam, where she builds strong networks to attract U.S. investment into Vietnam, focusing on trends such as offshoring and friendshoring.

With over 16 years of experience across multiple industries and regions, including leadership roles in global business development at HeyGears and Materialise, Kim has a proven track record in strategic planning, market development, and cross-cultural management. She holds an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
