Ms. Betty Pallard is the Co-Founder of ESGs & Climate Consulting. She specializes in climate finance, sustainable development, and community empowerment, with a focus on advancing ESG initiatives and supporting the transition to resilient, low-carbon economies.

With a diverse professional background spanning business, media, and sustainable development, Ms. Pallard is also the Founder of LinkPower Digital Platform—a blockchain-powered, ESG-driven initiative that empowers communities to drive systemic change through data-driven decision-making and collective action. Prior to her current roles, she held senior positions at Yan TV and BHD, where she led business development for major media projects, including Vietnam Idol and the Vietnam International Film Festival.

Ms. Pallard holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESCIA and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Cergy. She also earned a Climate Finance Expert certification from Carbone 4 Académie. Born in Hue, Vietnam, she spent over 30 years in France and Switzerland before continuing her education in Political Science at UCLA and specializing in International Geo-strategy, Administrative Law, Business Ethics, and Intellectual Property at the University of Hanoi in partnership with the University of Paris 2.

Currently, she is co-authoring “The Awakening of Vietnam Cities”, a book exploring the intersection of people-centric design, technology, and sustainable urban development.
