Dr. Amediku Settor Kwabla is the Head of Payment Systems at the Central Bank of Ghana. Dr. Kwabla is an Economist/Chartered Accountant whose experience spans over 22 years. He has a vast experience as a Banking Regulator and Supervisor, having worked at the Central Bank of Ghana since 1996. In June 2012, Dr. Amediku presented a paper on the Role of Trade in Financial Services to Economic Growth and Development: Ghana’s Experience at Workshop on Trade in Financial Services and Development, organized by the World Trade Organization Committee on Trade in Financial Services, held in Geneva.
