Serdar Senay is a marketing and digital growth leader with over 20 years of experience across Türkiye and the UAE, spanning tourism, telecommunications, and energy. He currently leads Destination Promotion and Digital Marketing at the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, where he drives international demand, performance marketing, brand management, digital partnerships, and revenue growth for one of the world’s fastest-growing destinations. His work focuses on building data-led ecosystems that connect brand growth, media, commerce, loyalty, and customer experience to measurable business outcomes. Previously, Serdar led Türkiye’s tourism marketing strategy during the pandemic, accelerating international recovery through digital transformation and global market reactivation. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at du and Vodafone, leading B2B growth and enterprise customer strategy, and at Opet Petroleum, where he managed a 6-million-member loyalty program.
