The exhibition will be held on 12 - 14 May 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre , Dubai.

Who can attend the event?

Seamless Digital Commerce ME 2026 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Attendance is free with pre-registration.

How do I get my attendee badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print your badge at home for faster access on the day of the event. Badges are also available digitally on the ‘Seamless’ app. The app goes live two weeks before the event. Log in with the email address you used to register to access your digital badge.

How do I change my badge details?

Open the app and go to “My Account” to update your badge details digitally. Please note, the app goes live two weeks before the event.

I still cannot edit my badge details

Please enter the event with your current badge on the app. We will also have help desks on the exhibition floor and can assist with further issues on site.

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor, please ensure you register your exhibition stand staff using the links provided in the exhibitor manual. If you cannot locate your manual, contact your assigned Operations team member.

How can I access the event app?

Download the app by searching ‘Seamless’ in your app store, then sign in with the email address you registered with.

What can I do on the event app?

View the agenda and floor plan, stay up to date with on-site announcements, and plan your visit. For premium app access — including viewing all attendees, booking meetings, and unlocking additional features to elevate your experience — you can upgrade to a Premium Networking Pass here.

Is there a virtual element to the event?

No. The 2026 event is fully live and in person at the Dubai World Trade Centre. No content will be streamed virtually.

Is parking available?

Yes, there are paid and free public parking options available. For more information visit the Venue page

On-site Services

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, a variety of food and beverage options are available for purchase within the exhibition hall.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

No, there are no storage facilities or cloakroom available at the Dubai World Trade Centre. We recommend leaving your luggage’s and suitcases at your accommodation for the day.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

: Yes, the facility is wheelchair accessible. You can view the accessibility map by clicking here. Wheelchairs are also available free of charge and can be borrowed from four of the information desks. The desks are located at the Convention Gate, the Exhibition Gate, Hall 1, and from the Emergency Medical Services station next to Hall 5.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our agenda page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

No, you do not need to pre-register for conference sessions. Seating is first come, first served.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions will not be recorded or shared post-event.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

We follow the latest government and venue guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. Details will be updated regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

Please contact event staff immediately. Emergency Services and Team are available at the venue. EMS station is located next to Hall 5.
