Neetu Choudhary is a Business & Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer, Board Member and Board Advisor, International Keynote Speaker, Executive Speaking Coach, and host of the business podcast “Lead With Neetu,” with over 25 years of global experience. She is the Founder of Evolvitude and Evolvitude Speakers and is associated with leading governance bodies, including Women Board of Directors, GCC Board of Directors Institute, and the Institute of Directors Global. In her corporate career with DP World UAE Region as IT Release Manager, Neetu led PMO, CMMI implementation, IT service portfolio, KPIs and strategy, and train‑the‑trainer programs for engineering functions, while being part of the DP World Executive Coaching Council. Her work is anchored in neuroscience, behavioral science, Six Sigma, and science‑based tools and strategies that enable meaningful business and leadership transformation. Today, she uses science‑backed, smart strategies to break stagnant growth patterns, energise underperforming managers and teams, and strengthen decision‑making at C‑suite and board levels.
