With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience spanning across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, Benedicte is an accomplished Strategy, Marketing and Commercial Transformation leader helping companies thriving in the “digital vortex”. She brings a wealth of practitioner experience in complex business transformation across the ICT, payment, IoT automation, transport & logistics and energy transition sectors gained during her years at Vontier (ex Danaher, Fortive), Honeywell, British Telecom Group, Dun & Bradstreet. A citizen of the world, she has worked across both mature and emerging technology markets and is fluent in English, French, Dutch Italian with basic commands of Arabic, German and Spanish. She is a multiple CEO Kaizen winner untapping $500M of whitespace opportunities, 17% of net pricing gain and 1000bps win rate improvement for the operating companies that employed her. She has also transformed commercial  organizations into value selling engines enabling double digit profitable orders growth thanks a relentless focus on execution and Voice of the Customer driven continuous improvement. Benedicte is the go-to subject matter expert, speaker, mentor and advisor for organizations that face changes in their industry, need to rethink their market approach and upskill their marketing and commercial teams. A Certified Advisory Board Chair and Award winning CMO, she advises start ups and scale ups on go to market strategies and help corporations setting up their customer advisory boards and co-innovation hot houses to answer unmet demand. Relatable and approachable, she is a volunteer at Mentor Walks, a Guest Lecturer at Hult Business School and American University in Dubai and the Tech and Innovation Ambassador for the association Women on Board of Directors. She is also a frequent blogger and contributor to regional trade magazines on topics like cognitive diversity, AI impact on  commercial excellence and the future of work. She holds a B.A. and Masters in Philology, an MBA in International Corporate Planning and a Certificate in AI Applied to Business from MIT/Sloan School of Management. A Belgian national, she has been based in Dubai since 2008 with her husband and two daughters where she enjoys spending her time on desert trips, cycling  or visiting art exhibitions.
