Matthew is Environment Strategy Programme Manager at Suffolk County Council. He has worked in the public and private sector here and in New Zealand. He has managed large operational teams in delivering projects in climate change, travel planning, energy, development and public protection, co-establishing the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership in 2009. He leads on EV infrastructure strategy and implementation (including LEVI funded projects) and the Suffolk Fuel Poverty Energy Retrofit Team. Matthew has a BSc, PhD, and PgCE, and is a Chartered Environmentalist.
