I have been a co-author of the Australian Digital Technlogies Curriculum (versions 8.4 and 9.0) as well as the original ICT general capability (2011) and the Digital Literacy general capablity, version 9.0.I was formerly the Digital Technologies Curriculum Manager at the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, which provided me with opportunities to work with teachers and school leaders at the state level, as well as participate in national and international programs. At professional learning events, I share can my wealth of experience in unpacking the curriculum, designing teaching and learning programs, and writing student resources.

  • The Digital Transformation Tool has been developed to help schools more confidently measure the digital capabilities of their students and staff, and identify specific areas for improvement. 
  • By engaging with the DTT, schools are better positioned to make decisions that can strengthen their digital culture, streamline processes through innovative practices and achieve improved teaching and learning outcomes, particularly in the areas of implementing the Australian Curriculum: Digital Technologies and the Digital Literacy capability. 
  • With the assistance of AI, the DTT provides advice tailored to individual school contexts, and ultimately helps schools transition to higher levels , with respect to teaching, learning, managing and leading
