With over 14 years of experience across the education and non-profit sectors, I bring a strong background in community-driven approaches that improve outcomes for young people. I hold a Bachelor of Business Management (HR/IR) and a Master’s in Teaching (Secondary), and I’ve spent the last five years coaching and facilitating collaboration between educators and business professionals to drive impact. Now working at the intersection of education, employment, and the digital economy, I’m focused on building cross-sector partnerships that create meaningful pathways into digital careers—particularly through the NSW Digital Compact. My work is grounded in purpose and collaboration, ensuring more learners, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, are supported to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce.
