Tomoko Katsurayama earned her BA in Human Development from Nagoya University, followed by an MBA and a Master of Sports Administration (MSA) from Ohio University. Her professional journey includes impactful roles at Nike Japan, Amazon Japan, and a foreign-affiliated consulting firm. She then transitioned to GLOBIS, a leading provider of MBA programs in Japan, where she contributed to research, program development, and the successful launch of global conferences like G1 Global. For a decade until December 2023, she spearheaded human resource development initiatives in Southeast Asia, serving as President & CEO of GLOBIS Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., GLOBIS Asia Campus Pte. Ltd., and GLOBIS Thailand Co. Ltd. Presently, as a professor at the Graduate School of Management, Globis University, she imparts her knowledge to business professionals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she serves as the CEO and Founder of T.K. Associates Co., Ltd., a venture dedicated to empowering global professionals and advocating for "fulfillment careers" and "life models" aimed at unlocking personal excellence.
