Todd has 30 years of professional education experience and has spent most of his career focused on systems-based approaches to improving leadership, teaching, and learning in K-12 and higher education. Whether as a consultant or executive, Todd has developed, implemented, and led improvements in dozens of organizations throughout the US and beyond. Prior to joining Kami, he founded two university-based edtech accelerators - one at the largest non-profit university in the US (Western Governors University) and the other at the University of Virginia. Todd earned his PhD in education leadership and policy studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
