Stuart Miller is a seasoned marketing and education technology professional with a diverse background spanning education and business strategy. Born and raised in Utah, USA, he developed an early interest in technology, using computers in school from 1981.
Stuart earned his Bachelor’s degree in East Asian Languages and Civilisations from the University of Chicago in 2000, which later led him to Shizuoka, Japan, where he spent four years as a teacher and curriculum developer.
Seeking to bridge his analytical and creative strengths, Stuart pursued an MBA in Analytical Marketing Strategies from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, graduating in 2006. He then applied his expertise as a marketing analyst at the Bank of America, where he worked for seven years.
In 2013, he joined Google Japan as a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, leveraging his bilingual abilities and business acumen to drive growth in the Asia-Pacific market. By January 2018, he transitioned to Google for Education, taking on the role of Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific, where he helps shape the future of digital learning across the region.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of three, balancing family life with a career dedicated to innovation and global education.
