Dr. Sharbari Banerjee is the Principal of the prestigious Aster Public School, Greater Noida West, India, a vibrant institution nurturing over 5,000 students since February 2014. Under her visionary leadership, the school has grown into a hub of academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development. A distinguished scholar, Dr. Banerjee holds a Ph.D. in Cytogenetics. She completed her schooling at Loreto Convent, Ranchi, followed by her Graduation and Master’s degree from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. Beyond her academic credentials, she is a CBSE National and International Resource Person, a motivational speaker, a voracious reader, a passionate painter, an ardent nature lover, and an enthusiastic writer. Her contributions to education have been widely recognized, including the prestigious Principal of the Year Award by the Universal Mentors Association. Dr. Banerjee has collaborated extensively with the CBSE Centre for Skill Development, contributing to the creation of key academic resources such as Assessment Manuals for the Secondary Level, Practical Biology guides for Grades 11 and 12, and motivational stories for the CBSE DIKSHA platform. She has also conducted numerous CBSE Capacity Building Programmes for principals and teachers across the country. In 2023, she was among the 50 pioneer principals from Delhi NCR, selected to attend the Certified Training of Trainers pilot programme organized by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) and CBSE. She also represented her school at the EduEurope Principals’ Meet held in Amsterdam in the year 2023.
