Riccardo is an education leader with extensive experience in the Cambridge International curriculum across both primary and secondary levels. As a school leader, he focuses on strengthening academic quality, developing effective teaching teams, and building coherent K–12 programmes that ensure continuity and progression in student learning. His work includes restructuring departments, mentoring teachers, and designing student-centred learning experiences that combine academic rigour with practical, real-world application. He has been actively involved in improving instructional practices, supporting curriculum planning, and introducing more experiential approaches to learning. His leadership emphasises clarity, consistency, and high standards, while equipping teachers with the tools and support needed to succeed in the classroom. Riccardo is particularly interested in the role of educational technology in improving teaching effectiveness and student engagement. He explores how technology can be used not just for innovation, but to meaningfully enhance learning outcomes and streamline school systems. Committed to holistic education, he also places strong emphasis on character formation and values-based learning as an integral part of the school environment.
