Dr. Pratima is the Deputy Director at the School of Business, Temasek Polytechnic. She has several years of experience as an academic staff developer. Dr. Pratima began her professional career at Tanjong Katong Secondary School, followed by the National Institute of Education (NIE), where she served as Assistant Head at the Centre for eLearning. She currently oversees academic quality and staff development in her role as Deputy Director at the School of Business, Temasek Polytechnic. Her research interests include the impact of AI on teaching and learning, interdisciplinary learning, andragogy and its application in the online environment, as well as designing for flipped learning. She holds an MA in Instructional Design and Technology from NTU, an MEd in Educational Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK, and an EdD from the University of Western Australia.
