Noor Yanti Aziza is an Indonesian education leader, school transformation advocate, and founder of the Global Teachers’ Club, an international community connecting educators across countries to exchange ideas, practices, and perspectives on the future of education. As Principal of SMA Nasional KPS Balikpapan, she has led the school’s transformation since its establishment in 2022. Under her leadership, the school has developed an AI-ready, research-based learning ecosystem through the School as a Living Lab model and was recognised as a Sekolah Unggul Garuda Transformasi (Garuda Transformative School) in 2026. Her work integrates STEAM, sustainability, character education, research, and global citizenship, connecting learning with real-world challenges and community needs. She advocates for education that develops not only knowledge and skills, but also curiosity, empathy, character, and the confidence to contribute meaningfully to local and global communities.
