  In the dynamic realm of education, Ms. Mitra, an alumna of IIM Calcutta, shines as a catalyst for transformative learning. Throughout her remarkable 28-year journey, she spent 16 years imparting knowledge of Physics at St. Anne's Junior College, Mumbai, before taking the reins of a K-12 school in Guwahati. Her expertise encompasses curriculum design, teacher training, and educational leadership. As a "CCS – Dharampal Fellow," Mitra is currently engaged in a Fellowship Programme at the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad. Her research ventures deep into the sphere of educational leadership, aiming to interlace the timeless values of ethics throughout the fabric of educational institutions.  Ms. Mitra's passion and proficiency also extend to facilitating workshops for educators, students, and parents, aimed at fostering impactful teaching and positive parenting. Deeply committed to social entrepreneurship, she generously offers her time and expertise to the Kolkata Foundation, a Robin Hood project that aims to elevate the lives of disadvantaged children through education.  She aspires to illuminate the path to a brighter future, one student, one teacher, one community at a time.
