Lovaltech is a French biotech company pioneering next-generation nasal vaccines against infectious diseases. Flagship program: LVT-001
LVT-001 is a novel nasal COVID-19 vaccine targeting current and future variants. Designed to induce strong mucosal and systemic immune responses, LVT-001 has demonstrated:

• Broad protection across SARS-CoV-2 variants
• Sterilizing immunity in preclinical models (block viral transmission)
• Safe and scalable formulation GMP production smart fusion proteins and GRAS-grade excipients

Lovaltech just launched its first-in-human clinical trials (Phase I & II: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06821126) with broader regulatory engagement underway via the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Why nasal vaccination?
Respiratory viruses typically enter through the nasal mucosa. Traditional injectable vaccines don’t provide local immunity and often fail to block transmission. Lovaltech’s nasal vaccines:
