Alcimed is an innovation and new business consulting firm with a mission to explore and develop uncharted territories. Exploring and developing uncharted territories to help our clients go beyond what they know today to develop new activities, prepare for tomorrow, and ultimately have an impact. Therefore, we focus on helping our clients form convictions about these uncharted territories, make decisions, and accelerate implmentation. 

Founded 30 years ago, by two women from Central Paris, we are now a team of 180 high-level innovation enthusiasts, spread across 6 offices: 3 in France
in Paris, Lyon, and Toulouse, two others in Europe in Cologne, Germany and Milan,Italy, and an office in the United States in Princeton. We exercise our mission in different sectors, all based on a scientific or technological component: Healthcare, Agri-Food-Cosmetics-Luxury, Chemistry-Materials-Energy-
Environment, Public Policy, and Aeronautics-Space-Defense.

In our Paris headquarters, we have team dedicated to Strategy Development Group, called Symphonie focusing on 360° Strategy Exploration. 

Strategy exploration requires you to take in the full 360° view of all of the instruments in your orchestra, such as your innovation engines, technology platforms, R&D piplelines, and product portfolios, so that they can all come together to play beautiful symphonies. This is where the Alcimed Symphonie group comes in to help with bespoke strategy explorations.
