Joshua Hunt is Head of Agile Delivery fat Digital Health and Care Wales, the national digital organisation for NHS Wales. His teams build and run national systems used across all seven Welsh health boards. Much of Joshua's career has centred on immunisation. He is responsible for the Welsh Immunisation System, the national platform that has recorded more than 13 million vaccinations, and for Wales' first citizen-facing vaccination booking service. During the pandemic Wales led the most effective national COVID-19 vaccination roll out in the world, and at the heart of that was a digital system that managed the end to end vaccination delivery from stock to surveillance of outcomes. 

Joshua's team are now working on expanding that award winning digital product to include the end to end management of all Green Book vaccination campaigns in Wales. His current focus is childhood and school-age immunisation, the data that underpins vaccine effectiveness research, and the responsible use of AI in public health delivery.
