Dr. Jacob Cain is a developmental biologist by training whose work has focused on the development, manufacture, and testing of genetic medicines to treat rare disease.  He has supported product life cycles from early development, pre-clinical and IND stages, through to commercial readiness and BLA preparation.  Dr. Cain has over a decade of experience leading scientific discovery efforts in academic and industry labs, including extensive experience in analytical development, batch release testing, and stability studies, including biophysical product characterization and potency testing.  Dr. Cain's expertise in product characterization and analysis are instrumental in delivering on Jurata’s mission to demonstrate the stability indicating properties of biologics formulated with Jurata technologies.
