Catherine Hoath is the Global Regulatory Affairs Strategy Lead for CEPI, where she is responsible for driving regulatory innovations to accelerate vaccine development as well as CEPI's platform technology strategy in support of the 100 days mission. She leads an industry focused regulatory innovations consortium to identify and expand upon best practices for Pandemic Preparedness & Response. Before CEPI, Catherine spent 27 years at Merck & Co., Inc., most recently as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs International Vaccines. She led a team responsible for WHO prequalification and vaccine registration and driving numerous initiatives for transformation and continuous improvement. Catherine is also a co-founder of the Konkourona Alliance Foundation (KAFO), Inc., a nonprofit enhancing access to education, healthcare, water, sanitation, economic development, and environmental protection in Burkina Faso.
