Andrew oversees the Vaccine Centre team that covers both routine, outbreak and COVID-19 vaccines. Andrew joined Supply Division from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where he had several different roles, most recently leading the health supply chain team as well as the Foundation’s vaccine market dynamics portfolio. Andrew previously held positions at Gavi, including leading work on Advance Market Commitments (AMC), and has also worked at CHAI and the Canadian International Development Agency. Andrew is a national of Canada, and holds Master’s degrees in Biology; and Health Policy, Planning and Financing.
