ImmunXnano is a deep-biotech spin-off project from the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), developing human-relevant immunosafety profiling for vaccines, nanomedicines, RNA therapeutics, and biologics.

Its proprietary assay and analysis platform uses primary human blood cells to capture high-dimensional, single-cell phenotypic responses to drug and vaccine formulations. By combining functional immune profiling with cytokine and cytotoxicity readouts across concentrations and human donors, ImmunXnano helps identify immune activation, donor-dependent variability, and potential safety liabilities earlier in development.

The platform is designed to provide actionable insights into how advanced formulations interact with the human immune system, supporting more informed formulation decisions and helping reduce late-stage development risk.
