Delfa is an AI-native participant relationship management (PRM) platform for clinical research sites. It replaces recruitment workflows fragmented across spreadsheets, general-purpose CRMs, and clinical trial management systems with a single workspace for recruiters and AI agents.

The PRM gives teams a unified inbox for calls, texts and emails, with each participant's contact history in one place. It prioritizes leads, transcribes calls and converts medical information into structured records. Delfa uses ICD-10 codes to maintain consistency in medical records. Recruiters can perform semantic search on their participant database against a study's criteria rather than manually working through an unranked list.

Delfa's voice and chat agents handle first contact, prescreening, scheduling, and routine follow-up. They use study-specific scripts developed by a clinical engineering team and do not provide medical advice.

Bidirectional integrations with CRIO, RealTime and Clinical Conductor write recruitment activity back to the site's CTMS, reducing duplicate records and keeping teams in their existing systems. Sites retain ownership of their data, which is hosted in-region.

Delfa works with research sites, site networks and sponsors. Across 400+ studies, the platform has supported recruitment while leaving clinical review, final eligibility decisions, and participant visits to site teams.
