Bioneedle: stabilisation and needle-free delivery of vaccines, biologicals and peptides.

Bioneedle provides a proprietary, biodegradable platform designed to deliver vaccines and therapeutic biologics in a solid, thermostable format. By converting liquid formulations into solid-dose implants made from natural polymers, Bioneedles eliminate cold-chain refrigeration, reconstitution errors, and hazardous sharps waste. Upon painless administration into tissue, the polymer matrix rapidly dissolves, releasing the active biopharmaceutical.

The platform is validated by a Phase I human clinical trial demonstrating safety, excellent tolerability, and complete biodegradation, supported by extensive preclinical proof-of-concept across toxicology [ISO 10.993] and diverse targets, including Hepatitis B, Influenza, Polio, Tetanus, and Oxytocin.

Engineered for rapid surge deployment and by excellence suitable for drone distribution where needed because of small volume low weight, Bioneedle is ideally suited for routine immunization, biodefense readiness, pandemic preparedness and emergency stockpiling against pandemic pathogens and biological threats.
