2. Add the event logo to your marketing 

If you create your own invites, emails or adverts don't forget to use the The World Vaccine Congress Europe logo. The event logos are available in the media kit.

3. Create a promotional video

• 3 reasons to attend World Vaccine Congress Europe 2025
• What are the latest trends of vaccine industry? Why?  
• What can the audiences get/ learn about from your stand at World Vaccine Congress Europe 2025?   

 
Guidelines: 

• Plain/basic background – no distractions  

• No lights facing the camera only lighting on person – try to avoid yellow lighting, white lighting is better  

• Speaker - try and stay in the centre of camera  

• Look at camera when speaking
