Kwee Lan Tan is the Head of the Regional Regulatory Lead Emerging Markets team at Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH. In this role, she leads a team of Regional Regulatory Leads to accelerate and ensure access to life-changing medicines for patients. Before her international role in Germany, Kwee Lan held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs for Malaysia and Singapore in 2017. During her tenure, she established strong collaborations with local industry associations and health authorities, shaping local regulations and policies. In addition to her regulatory experience, Kwee Lan began her career in pharmacovigilance activities at Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim. Kwee Lan holds a Degree in Biotechnology and has 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
