Susan Bartlett is the founder of Workomics, a marketing and communications firm that helps biotechs bring life-changing therapy to patients. At Workomics, she she leads a 15-person team of seasoned experts who work across the product lifecycle to improve patient experience in rare and complex disease. Susan specializes in co-creation with stakeholders, go-to-market strategy, strategic communications, and organizational transformation. Over her 15-year career consulting with leading global pharma and biotechs, she has worked to create more patient-centric organizations across clinical research, medical affairs, advocacy, and commercial. Her experience spans a variety of different disease states with a focus on advanced therapies. Susan write a monthly newsletter about general work-related topics, including co-creation, generative AI, and entrepreneurship. She holds degrees in computer science, English literature, and philosophy, politics, and economics. She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband and their two boys.
This session explores how embracing co-creation—a methodology where stakeholders build solutions together – enables a network of collaborators to deliver tangible impact through practical projects. This session will examine the co-creation of quality patient education resources for a community of patients and caregivers with limited resources and support, and how co-creation build bonds between advocacy organizations and other stakeholders to support patients and caregivers wherever they seek support.
